Ingredients

5-6 baby potatoes

1 tablespoon of Shiva Organic’s Himalayan Bhangjeera

1 tablespoon of Jhakya

2-3 tablespoons of mustard oil

2-3 fresh green chillis

Some ginger grated

1-2 dried red chillis

½ tablespoon of red chilli powder

Salt to taste

Few fresh lemon juice

 

Method -

Step 1 - Boil the potatoes, drain them properly, keep them aside, make sure they are not peeled and too soft.

Step 2 - Place a pan over the flame, add some mustard oil and let it heat properly. 

Step 3 - Once oil is heated up, add Jhakya and Bhangjeera and temper well. 

Step 4 - Once you start hearing the crackling sound, add some chopped green chillies, ginger, dried red chillies, red chilli powder, salt to taste and toss well. 

Step 5 Add the boiled baby potatoes to the tempered mixture, squeeze half a fresh lemon, mix them well and cover with a lid and cook for up to 2-3 minutes.
