This dish is healthy because of the superfood ingredient bee pollen, which is highly rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.

Ingredients -

1 cup rolled oats

⅓ cup almond butter or peanut butter

¼ cup organic honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons of Shiva Organic’s Bee Pollan

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoons vanilla extract

Shredded coconut or chopped nuts for coating (optional)

 

Method -

Step 1 Mix the base - Take a large bowl, add rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract and mix them well until smoothly combined. 

Step 2 Add the superfood bee pollen - Gently and evenly distribute the bee pollen along with choco chips over the mixture. 

Step 3 - Cut into small pieces - To form small sized bites, use a small cookie scoop. Else you can also use your hands to shape it. And, then you can coat the bites in shredded coconut and crushed nuts if you want. 

Step 4 - Refrigerate - Refrigerate the pieces of love bites for at least 30 minutes on a tray lined with parchment paper. 

Step 5 - Serve chill and enjoy - After it completes 30 minutes, you can now serve and enjoy it with your special one.
