Ingredients

  • Khapli Wheat Flour - 300 gms
  • Water - 150-200 ml

Instruction

Step 1 - Start by taking a right sized bowl, preferably a wide mixing bowl.

Step 2 - Add Shiva Organic’s Khapli Wheat Flour and fluff it up a little with your fingers as it will help avoid lumps later.

Step 3 - Pour water gradually into the Khapli flour. Add water slowly little by little. This ensures even seeping of water.

Step 4 - Knead it together with a gentle pressure for even binding to get a soft dough non-sticky dough.

Step 5 - Knead for about 4-5 minutes and leave it for 10-15 minutes to settle it down. Don’t forget to cover it with damp cloth. This step is the most important as it will allow the flour to fully absorb water, relaxes the gluten and makes the rolling much easier.
