My mother used to make big jars of this every winter. The amlas are soft and juicy, and since it’s soaked in honey instead of plain sugar syrup, it doesn't feel like a heavy, sticky sweet.
This one has a bit more of a bold taste than the coconut one. I’ve been putting it in my warm milk before bed, and it really feels like it builds up your internal strength. You can tell it's completely pure.
The aroma that comes off these dried flowers is incredible. I make a small cup in the evening when I’m reading the paper. It's a very relaxing habit that takes away the day's fatigue.
