Pudina is India's most instinctive summer herb. From roadside chaat to home kitchens, the sharp, vivid freshness of mint is woven into the country's culinary identity. A mint sharbat, in principle, should be the purest expression of that freshness in a glass.
In practice, most commercial mint sharbats are made with synthetic menthol, coloured with artificial green dye, and sweetened with artificial sweeteners. The mint is largely absent. The idea of mint remains.
Shiva Organic Mint Sharbat starts from a different place. Through a distillation process, real flavour is extracted from pudina preserving the natural menthol character that makes mint genuinely cooling, not just apparently so. No synthetic mint essence is added. No artificial colouring is used, which is why the sharbat is completely transparent. Dhaga Mishri replaces artificial sweeteners.
The result is a sharbat that tastes of actual pudina - vivid, clean, and cooling in the way that only real menthol from a real plant can be. Mix 30 ml in 200 ml of chilled water, add lime and black salt, and taste the difference real extraction makes.
