Ingredients -

Shiva Organic’s Rajma Chitra

Mustard Oil

1 Pod Of Garlic

1 Medium Sized Onion

1 Medium Sized Capsicum

2-3 Small Sized Tomatoes

Mexican Seasoning

Chilli Flakes

Salt To Taste

Ketchup (Optional)

Lettuce

Salad Of Your Choice

Hung Curd

Water

Khapli Wheat Flour For Tacos

 

Method -

Step 1 - For Khapli Tacos - Take a bowl, add Shiva Organic’s Khapli Wheat Flour, add salt to taste, water as required and knead the flour smoothly. Keep it aside until you prepare the filing. 

Step 2 - Boil the Rajma - Pressure cook Rajma until soft, strain the water and mash it evenly. 

Step 3 - Place Pan Over Flame - Drizzle with some oil and let it head. 

Step 4 - Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and capsicum. Saute them well and let the vegetable stay crispy and do not over cook. 

Step 5 - Add chopped tomatoes, Mexican seasoning, chilli flakes and salt to taste. Simultaneously add the mashed rajma and cook for another few minutes. You can optionally add ketchup also. Add a little bit of water and mix well to cook for another few minutes until it’s ready. 

Step 6 - It’s filling time - Place the cooked filling on rolled Khapli wheat tacos and cook them on both sides on a pre-heated pan until crispy. 

Step 7 - Time to garnish - As the tacos are cooked, add lettuce, salad of your choice and spread some hung curd, and then fold the tacos. Serve hot to your family and friends.
