We have brought you the healthy version of the same old burger ‘Rajma Tikki Burger’ with the same crisp and enhanced taste. Ingredients (For Rajma Tikki) -
Shiva Organic’s Rajma Chitra (soaked overnight and boiled)
2 medium sized potatoes (boiled)
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
½ Turmeric powder
½ Red chili powder
½ Cumin powder
Origano (optional)
2-3 grounded oats
A2 ghee
Ingredients ( For Burger)
2 wheat based Buns
Lettuce leaves
Onion rings
Tomato slices
Cheese slice (optional)
Homemade mint chutney
Method step by step -
Step 1 - Take a bowl, add boiled rajma, boiled peeled potato, chopped onion. Green chillies, organic spices like red chili powder, grounded oats, salt to taste.
Step 2 - Mash them all together with a masher until it forms a dough shape.
Step 3 - Make little balls and flatten in a burger tikki shape.
Step 4 - Place all the tikkis in the air fryer, brush them up with A2 ghee on both the sides.
Step 5 - Set the temperature to cook the tikki until golden brown and crispy.
Step 6 - Take one of the buns, roast it a bit, apply some ghee, then apply green chutney, then onion ring, then lettuce, then tomato slice, then comes rajma tikki. Again, repeat the layers, add cheese slices if you want then cover it with another bun slice.
Step 7 - Ready to serve and enjoy with your family and friends.
