Ingredients -
1. 2 cups of Shiva Organic’s Khapli Wheat Flour
2. ½ tbsp salt
3. 1-3 tbsp A2 ghee to make it soft
4. Water as required
Cooking Instruction -
Step 1 - Knead the dough - Take a bowl, add Khapli Wheat Flour, a pinch of salt to taste, and a little bit of A2 ghee. Mix them evenly, then gradually add water in the process of kneading the dough. And, let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 - Roll and flatten - Make tiny balls of dough and flatten into a paratha shape you like.
Step 3 - Heat pan or tawa - Place a tawa on flame and let tawa heat properly.
Step 4 - Time to cook paratha - Place the rolled paratha on tawa and cook properly from both the sides with A2 ghee.
