Ingredients:
1. 100g quick cooking oats
2. 50g ragi flour from Shiva Organic
3. 50g Shiva Organic’s roasted makhana
4. 50g nuts and seeds (e.g., almonds, pumpkin seeds)
5. 100g organic honey
6. 60ml vegetable oil
7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 160°C
Step 2 - In a large bowl, add oats, Ragi Atta, roasted makhana, nuts, seeds, cinnamon powder.
Step 3 - Pour honey, vegetable oil and vanilla extract over the mixture evenly
Step 4 - After the mixture is well coated, set them into a baking tray, flatten and press it properly to get it in shape.
