Ingredients:

Shiva Organic Foxtail Millet

A2 Cow Ghee

Sweet Potato

Sabudana Atta

Roasted Peanuts

Fresh Coriander

Bird’s Eye Chilli

Salt & Pepper

Green Chilies

 

Method - 

Step 1 - Prepare Foxtail millet - Wash and soak the foxtail millet for 15-20 minutes 

Step 2 - Cook the millet - After washing thoroughly, drain the millet and cook it until soft and fluffy and let it cool completely before using. 

Step 3 - Prepare the mixture - In a large bowl, add cooked millet, mashed sweet potato, sabudana atta, roasted crushed peanuts, green chillies, bird’s eye chilli, fresh coriander, salt to taste, some black pepper powder, mix together until it turns into a soft dough. 

Step 4 - Shape the foxtail millet tikki - Grease your hands with some A2 ghee and shape tikkis into small balls cylindrical or whatever shape you like. 

Step 5 - Air fry or roast - If you don’t want to deep fry the tikkis, use an air frier, place all the foxtail tikkis, brush enough A2 ghee overall. Set the cooking set up accordingly. It should come out golden brown and crispy. 

Step 6 - Serve hot - Now, it is time you can enjoy these healthy and yummy Foxtail millet tikki with your favourite dips like homemade mint chutney or curd. .
