Ingredients -

2 cups of Khapli Atta - Emmer Wheat Flour’s

Water (as per the requirement)

A pinch of salt (completely optional)

Shiva Organic’s A2 Bilona Ghee

 

Instructions to Follow - 

Step 1 Make the Dough -

Take a big bowl, add Khapli wheat flour, sprinkle some salt to taste if required. Pour sufficient water and gradually knead the dough. Cover it with a moist muslin piece of cloth and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. 

Step 2 Make the Small Balls -

Start making the small round balls from the dough, then dust it with dry flour. 

Step 3 Flatten the balls -

Take one ball, place it on a rolling board and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. 

Step 4 Roast the Flatten Ball on BotTawa -

Place a tawa on the flame, let it heat properly, Put the circle on a hot tawa or pan, flip after a few seconds. Let it cook well and then flip again. Let it cook properly. 

Step 5 Drizzle with Organic A2 Bilona Ghee -

Take off the Khapli roti from the pan and drizzle a spoonful of ghee on the hot roti. And, serve it with some sabzi or chutney.
