Ingredients -

A2 Gir Cow ghee

Diced potatoes

Some diced apple

Some pomegranate

Some Almonds

Some Foxnuts

Some chunks of pineapple

For seasoning - green chutney

Rock salt

Black pepper

Organic honey

Chat masala

 

Method -

Step 1 - Crispy diced potatoes fried in Shiva Organic’s rich A2 Cow Ghee,

Step 2 -Then add pomegranate, apple, and roasted nuts in the A2 Ghee

Step 3 - Sprinkle chaat masala, rock salt and black pepper according to taste

Step 4 - Add Green Chutney to the mix

Step 5 - Finishing with a drizzle of Shiva Organic’s honey.

Step 6 - Mix the mixture well and the easy and quick healthy festive treat is ready to serve.
