A2 Ghee Lavash Crunch Recipe For You -
Ingredients -
1 cup whole wheat flour or Khapli flour
1 tbsp Shiva Organic’s A2 Gir Cow Desi Ghee
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt to taste
½ tbsp chili flakes
¼ tbsp carom seeds
Water as required
Instructions -
Steps 1 - Prepare the dough - Take a big bowl, add flour, pinch of salt, sesame seeds, ajwain, add A2 ghee and mix well. Gradually start adding water to make soft dough without any lumps. Also, leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 Roll the dough - Next is to flatten the dough into a very thin sheet to make the lavash crisper. You can divide the dough into two or as per the convenience.
Step 3 Cut into pieces - You can take a knife or a pizza cutter and cut into stripes, triangles or whatever shapes and sizes you prefer.
Step 4 - Baking time - Bake these raw Lavash pieces by place them onto a parchment tray. Brush the tray lightly with A2 Bilona ghee to create a greesy base to avoid stickiness. Make sure the oven is pre-heated up to 180°C (350°F). Bake them for about 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown and become crispy.
Step 5 - Ready to serve - After they get ready, wait for it to cool down completely before serving. Serve it with some kind of dip along with coffee or tea. Also, store them into an airtight container and you can consume them for up to a week.
