Ingredients You Need -

 

1.    Lingdi Steps - The curled tops of vegetable fern.

2.    Asafoedita (Hing)

3.    Cumin Seeds

4.    Oil or A2 bilona ghee

5.    Himalayan Turmeric Powder or Pahadi Haldi

6.    Red Chili Powder

7.    Salt

 

Cooking Method You Can Follow -

Step 1 - The very first thing you should do is remove hair on Lingdi or Lungru stems with a soft cotton cloth. Then wash properly and cut into small pieces.

Step 2 - Heat the pan. Drizzle oil onto the pan and let it heat and once it’s done. Add a pinch of asafetida and cumin seeds to pop.

Step 3 - Add Lingdi to the hot oil and stir fry evenly till it gets soft.

Step 4 - Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt to taste and mix evenly and fry some more.

Step 5 - Lastly, add fresh curd, mix well and serve hot with Khapli roti.
