Ingredients Preparation -
2 cups gram flour (besan)
1 cup A2 Bilona ghee
1 cup powdered sugar or jaggery powder (your choice)
½ tablespoon cardamom powder
A handful of grated nuts ( almonds, cashews and Pistachios)

Step - 1 Roast the gram flour
Take a pan, pour in A2 Gir Cow Desi Ghee and heat on a low flame. Then add gram flour and roast until golden brown with an aromatic, rich and nutty flavour.
Step 2 - Add Cardamom Powder -
It’s time to add more flavour and aroma to the roasted gram flour by adding cardamom powder. The aromatic essence of cardamom complements the richness of A2 ghee.
Step 3- Mix the powdered sugar or jaggery powder -
After allowing the roasted gram flour along with cardamom powder in A2 ghee to cool down slightly. Add powdered sugar or jaggery as per the sweetness you like. Mix them well to get a harmonious blend of flavour and taste.
Step 4 - Time to Shape Laddus
Once, the temperature is manageable, start shaping the mixture into small and round Besan Laddus
