A Tempting Dessert with a Traditional Indian Twist

Recipe - Paan Gulkand tress leaches
Ingredients
- 200 Ml Milk
- 1 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
- 3 Spoons Of Thandai Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Of Shiva Organic’s Cardamom Honey
- 75 Grams Of White Chocolate Ganache
- 150 Grams Of Whipped Cream
- 1 Tbsp Of Shiva Organic’s Gulkand with Paan
- Chilled Thandai Milk
- Rose Petals And Mint Leaves For Garnish
Instruction
Step 1 - Take a saucepan, add milk and bring it to gentle simmer
Step 2 - Add evaporated milk and mix well
Step 3 - Stir in thandai syrup and cardamom honey to infuse flavour
Step 4 - Add white chocolate ganache and mix until smooth and creamy
Step 5 - Add whipped cream and paan gulkand, stir gently to combine
Step 6 - Then take a separate bowl, add some white chocolate ganache, whipped cream and paan gulkand. Then whip the mixture until light and fluffy.
Step 7 - Take a sponge cake as base and pipe the prepared gulkand whipped cream over the cake
Step 8 - Garnish with rose petals, mint leaves, and edible gold foil
Step 9 - Lastly, soak the dessert by pouring chilled thandai milk all over to give the final texture of tres leches
Step 10 - Serve chilled and enjoy with family and friends
