How to prepare hung curd
To prepare hung curd
- ½ kg curd
- Steel sieve
- Muslin cloth
Preparation Steps
- Step 1 - Take a big bowl
- Step 2 - Cover it with muslin cloth
- Step 3 - Pour the curd onto the cloth and strain until the excess water drips out.
- Step 4 - Then freeze the curd for 3 hours and the hung curd is ready to make your favorite dips.
Dip 1 - Honey Chilli Dip
Ingredients
- 3-4 spoonsful of hung curd
- Shiva Organic’s Yellow Chili Powder
- Shiva Organic’s High Altitude Honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Step 1 - Take a bowl
- Step 2 - Add 3-4 spoonsful of hung curd
- Step 3 - Drizzle some organic honey
- Step 4 - Add Himalayan yellow chili powder
- Step 5 - Sprinkle some salt to taste
- Step 6 - Mix it well and enjoy with your favourite snack
Dip 2 - Cashew Garlic Dip
Ingredients
- 10-12 Soaked Cashews
- 100 grams paneer
- 4-5 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp organic olive oil
- Water as required
- 2-3 finely chopped green chilies
- ¼ spoon of yellow chili powder
- 1 tbsp origano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Step 1 - Add soaked cashews in a blender
- Step 2 - Add paneer cubes
- Step 3 - Add the garlic cloves
- Step 4 - drizzle some organic olive oil
- Step 5 - Add some water
- Step 6 - Blend it all
- Step 7 - Take out the mixture in a bowl
- Step 8 - Add finely chopped green chilies
- Step 9 - Add yellow chili powder and oregano with Salt to taste
- Step 10 - Mix it well
Dip 3 - Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
- 2-3 spoonful of hung curd
- 1 tbsp of grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp Himalayan yellow chili powder
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Himalayan yellow chili powder
Instruction
- Step - Add 2-3 spoonful of hung curd
- Step 2 - Add grated cucumber
- Step 3 - Take a tiny bowl, Himalayan yellow chili powder and make a paste by adding little water. Add the paste back to the mail dip bowl
- Step 4 - Then add lemon juice and salt to taste
- Step 5 - Add finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Step 6 - Finally, mix them well and enjoy
