Mango and Coconut Flavoured Paneer Tikka Recipe -
Ingredients -
Pulp of Half mango (almost 4 tbsp)
400 grams low fat paneer
1 bell pepper
1 capsicum
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp coconut powder/dessicated coconut
1 cup hung curd
2 tbsp roasted besan
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp chat masala
2 tbsp Shiva Organic’s Cold Pressed Yellow Mustard Oil
Juice of 1 small lemon
For cooking the paneer tikka -
You need 2 tbsp cold pressed mustard oil
Serve with mint, coriander and curd chutney.
Method
Step 1 - Chopping time- Cut all the veggies bell pepper, capsicum, onions, tomatoes. Cut paneer into cubes.
Step 2 - Marination - Take a big bowl, add chopped vegetables and paneer cubes along with coconut powder, hung curd, roasted besan, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chat masala, Shiva Organic’s cold pressed yellow mustard, some lemon juice. Keep it for half an hour. Take a stick and insert the veggies and paneer pieces one by one.
Step 3 - Cooking time - To cook marinated paneer, Heat yellow mustard in a pan and cook the paneer tikka from all sides.
Step 4 - Serve now - Serve with mint coriander yogurt chutney and enjoy this yummy meal.
