Bee Pollen should be taken in the morning to enjoy it's maximum benefits. Can be taken with Shiva Organic’s honey.
It can also be enjoyed in smoothies, fruit juice and coconut water or any beverage of your choice. For a delicious taste sensation try sprinkling on yoghurt, fruit salad or oatmeal or simply garnish on your toast.
Add ½ to 1 tsp. of pollen to each serve.
Bee Pollen is also great added to raw food recipes including energy balls, protein bars and slices and milk shakes. Serve on top of ice cream sundaes or chia puddings.
