These are whole, intact dried flowers rather than the crushed dust you usually find in tea bags. Brewing a spoon in hot water gives a mild, slightly sweet floral tea that really helps calm you down before bed. The aroma is very soothing.
I dry-roasted a few spoons with garlic, green chilies, and salt to make traditional chutney, and the flavour was incredible. It has an earthy, subtle crunch that beats regular sesame seeds. The seeds were clean and free of dirt or stones.
neutral oil for daily cooking. It doesn't have that strong seed smell, so the real taste of the spices comes through nicely. Food turns out light and crisp rather than oily.
Eating real honeycomb straight from the jar is a whole different experience compared to regular honey bottles. The honey is thick and not overly sweet, while the comb adds a chewy, rich texture that goes great on warm toast. The only annoying part was that the lid was stuck tight with dry honey drips, making it a bit tough to open the first time. The taste, though, is 10/10.
This is traditional cold-pressed oil from the smell. The glass bottle feels solid and premium, though I really wish it had a small nozzle cap to prevent oil from dripping down the side when pouring.
