Selling raw turmeric (kacchi haldi) in dried form under the name of Lakadong turmeric and charging nearly four times the price is highly disappointing.
I have emailed you in detail and am still awaiting a response. I can confidently say this is not Lakadong turmeric, as I have used authentic Lakadong turmeric earlier from multiple other brands.
The product I received smells exactly like kacchi haldi, gives a strong yellow stain, and is orange from the inside, which is completely unlike genuine Lakadong turmeric. Authentic Lakadong turmeric does not have such a strong raw turmeric smell, nor does it leave such an intense yellow tint.
This appears to be clear misrepresentation of the product and a breach of customer trust, especially when charging a premium price under the name of Lakadong turmeric. I request a prompt response and resolution.
The product is good. But there is a bitter after taste to it. Also it smells bitter. I wonder why.
Powerhuse of vitamins. Shiva quality is good. I am taling all items drom them.
Everyone i would advise to consume this. I found it so late but my kids have this now with good energu and benefits.
